1. Purpose and Categories of Personal Information

The individual seller, KyeongMin Lee (artist name: GRIMIYA), processes your name, phone number, email address, postal code, shipping address, delivery notes, and order details to accept orders, contact you, ship products, send order confirmations, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes.

2. Retention Period

Information not subject to a legal retention requirement will be deleted without undue delay after its purpose has been fulfilled.

3. Service Providers

Google Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Apps Script are used to manage orders and send confirmations. The minimum information necessary for delivery may be shared with the carrier that fulfills your shipment.

Order, Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy

Orders and Payment

Submitting this form does not complete payment. After reviewing your order, shipping information, and final total, the seller will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. Production and shipping begin only after payment is confirmed.

Production and Shipping Time

Photocards, postcards, and illustration books are normally stocked. After payment confirmation, desk mats and posters take about 3–4 days to produce, while keyrings and lenticular items take about 7 days. Orders containing multiple product types may ship together when the item with the longest production time is ready. Production time does not include international transit and may increase due to stock shortages, order volume, manufacturer conditions, or holidays. After dispatch, international delivery is generally estimated at 4–14 business days, but customs clearance, weekends or public holidays, remote-area delivery, destination-country conditions, or carrier disruption may extend delivery to 2–4 weeks or longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

International Returns and Shipping Costs

International returns may take several weeks or longer and may require customs or carrier coordination. Refund processing begins after the returned item arrives and is inspected. For a return requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual outbound international shipping cost already incurred and the return shipping cost. These costs may be deducted from the refund or requested separately where the refundable amount is insufficient. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees are generally not refundable by the seller.

If the item is defective, damaged before delivery, or different from the confirmed order, reasonable return or replacement shipping costs will be handled by the seller as required by applicable law. Please contact the seller before returning any item; unauthorized or collect-on-delivery returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges and Refunds for Standard Items

Photocards, postcards, and illustration books are standard items. Cancellation rights and conditions under applicable e-commerce law apply. If an item is defective or differs from your order, we will review the issue and provide an exchange or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation may be restricted where the item has been damaged by the customer, materially reduced in value through use, or where another statutory exception applies.

Made-to-Order Items

Items other than photocards, postcards, and illustration books—including acrylic keychains, posters, desk mats, and lenticular products—are individually produced after order confirmation. You may cancel before production begins. Once production has begun, cancellation, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind may be restricted.

When an order includes made-to-order items, this restriction is displayed separately and requires electronic consent. Defective or incorrect made-to-order items will still be handled according to applicable law.

Product Information

Actual colors may vary depending on your display settings. Minor variations resulting from the manufacturing process will be assessed according to the nature and degree of the variation.
