1. Purpose and Categories of Personal Information

GRIMIYA, represented by KyeongMin Lee, processes your name, phone number, email address, postal code, shipping address, delivery notes, order and payment details, browser order identifier, and submission time to accept and fulfill orders, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, issue receipts, contact you, ship products, send confirmations, and resolve disputes.

2. Retention Period

Hashed email, phone, and browser identifiers used for rate limiting are temporarily processed for up to 10 minutes. Information not subject to a legal retention requirement is securely deleted without undue delay after its purpose has been fulfilled.

4. Overseas Processing and Storage

To form and perform the order contract, order and security information may be transmitted over encrypted internet connections to systems of Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States when an order is submitted. The purposes are order storage, document generation, email delivery, website delivery, and security. Statutory order records may be retained for up to five years, complaint and dispute records for up to three years, and other data until its purpose or the provider's applicable retention period ends. You may refuse overseas processing by not submitting the form and contacting us, but online ordering will then be unavailable.

Order, Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy

Orders and Payment

Submitting this form does not complete payment. After reviewing your order, shipping information, and final total, the seller will send a PayPal invoice to your email address. Production and shipping begin only after payment is confirmed.

Production and Shipping Time

Photocards, postcards, and illustration books are normally stocked. After payment confirmation, desk mats and posters take about 3–4 days to produce, while keyrings take about 7 days. Orders containing multiple product types may ship together when the item with the longest production time is ready. Production time does not include international transit and may increase due to stock shortages, order volume, manufacturer conditions, or holidays. After dispatch, international delivery is generally estimated at 4–14 business days, but customs clearance, weekends or public holidays, remote-area delivery, destination-country conditions, or carrier disruption may extend delivery to 2–4 weeks or longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

International Returns and Shipping Costs

International returns may take several weeks or longer and may require customs or carrier coordination. Refund processing begins after the returned item arrives and is inspected. For a return requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual outbound international shipping cost already incurred and the return shipping cost. These costs may be deducted from the refund or requested separately where the refundable amount is insufficient. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees are generally not refundable by the seller.

If the item is defective, damaged before delivery, or different from the confirmed order, reasonable return or replacement shipping costs will be handled by the seller as required by applicable law. Please contact the seller before returning any item; unauthorized or collect-on-delivery returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges and Refunds for Standard Items

Photocards, postcards, and illustration books are standard items. Cancellation rights and conditions under applicable e-commerce law apply. If an item is defective or differs from your order, we will review the issue and provide an exchange or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation may be restricted where the item has been damaged by the customer, materially reduced in value through use, or where another statutory exception applies.

Made-to-Order Items

Acrylic keyrings, posters, and desk mats are not stocked in advance. They are ordered from the manufacturer only in the quantity confirmed after payment. If an order is cancelled after production begins, the seller cannot recover the manufacturing cost already paid. Cancellation is available before production begins, but change-of-mind cancellation may be restricted afterward.

This reason is displayed separately and requires electronic consent before the order is submitted. The restriction does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.
